How do I activate my sticker?

Scan the QR code on your sticker, enter your email and phone number, and choose your preferred contact method. You'll receive a confirmation email once activated.

Can I change my phone number?

Yes! Log in to your dashboard and click "Edit Settings" to update your phone number, platform preference, or language.

What if I don't receive messages?

Check that your phone number is correct in your dashboard settings. Make sure you have a good signal and haven't blocked our messaging number.

Is my phone number private?

Absolutely! Your phone number is never displayed on the QR code or shared with people who message you. All communication is routed through our secure system.

Can I use one sticker on multiple vehicles?

Each sticker has a unique code linked to one set of contact details. If you have multiple vehicles, you'll need a separate sticker for each.
